I Remember It Well

An incident that I'm sure most photographers hope to never experience. I was changing lenses down at the harbour, took off the one I was using and set it on a small concrete ledge. While I was about to put on another lens I accidentally dropped it and it fell into the sea. Of course it had to be the expensive one and not the cheap one I had just taken off. I was really upset so just went home. Then, just to spite what had happened, I went out again and decided to just take more shots with the remaining lens. I'm actually glad I did as the top black and white photo was the result of my not giving in and I quite like it. The lost lens was replaced by the insurance company. I'm more careful now. 😀
