Anyone coming to Shetland really needs to visit the Burland Croft Trail. especially if you have children. A small farm/croft where most of the animals and birds are Shetland bred and quite unique. Access to the farm is usually allowed from June through to September. They also have a Facebook Page with many photos from locals and visitors.
You may have to open up the last two photos to see them properly. The Scottish kilted scarecrow is worth seeing and maybe even uplifting. 😉
