Just when I thought my evening of unsuccessfully looking for a reasonable (if perfection failed) image had ended, I arrived home to find this gorgeous ginger delight in the avenue. When they're friendly they come towards you when you go low to take a shot so I had quite a few blurries from that position. I imagine he was sick of me pointing the camera at him as he finally sat down and just looked and listened to all that was going on in each direction. An opportunity I didn't miss. Here's a few of the shots I took. Some natural, some with filters.

My goal is to try and be more creative in photography. It doesn't come naturally to me but I look forward to the process. The photo here is of a morning sunset taken from my garden. I thought it might have some potential to be something it wasn't so added the people and moon composites, the rest was natural. Your goal may not be to reach the moon but there's no reason for not doing something way out of your box or comfort zone. You won't know what you can do until you stop paddling in the shallows.
