I Need Some Distraction

Sometimes (most times) I get annoyed with pop up advertisements on Facebook but this video was one that hooked me. This was partly due to the subject of bipolar disorder which runs in the family and also because of my interest in photography. 

Not everyone is a photography enthusiast, or able to travel worldwide for various reasons, but to me it is all about distraction. Having anxiety I find that even small distractions help to get me into a mode of concentration. Photography provides my engrossment.
