A video just released on Fair Isle knitting, textiles, art and other crafts produced in Shetland. Lovely to see children learning to knit Fair Isle too. 

Metal music is certainly a genre I have never listened to but, sometimes a group comes along with something different to their usual style. Someone posted this video on Facebook and I was totally hooked on the song and the singer. It's Leprous with 'Alleviate'. 

It reminds me of when Disturbed recorded 'Sound of Silence'. Easily the best version of that song by a thousand miles and David Draiman's voice is rich and would draw you in against your will.

Bet they had to practice that a few times. 😀

Even though there's plenty of food out, including on the ground, it would seem that, where one starling goes for food, they all go and it gets a bit noisy and aggressive. Well,  I guess they are a bit peckish.

I've posted this small video under my Random Stuff heading but there's nothing random about rain in Shetland. Almost an every day occurrence. Hope I've made rain look nice.
