A wee walk down the street. Shetland is renowned for it's lovely light. I added a film look for effect.
These photos of parts of Scalloway were taken within an hour of each other. The first one facing west was given one of my favourite Luminar presets called Lomo Tension which gives it a blue filmy effect. The second one, facing east, was just a natural scene with the low reddening sun and stormy clouds slowly gathering.
In November I found a new preset in Luminar which had various film style effects. The low sun scenes at Meal Beach were ideal for trying out some of the presets. The first image was natural.
I have much catching up to do. Various hindrances have kept me from the computer for a few months so I will post the best I could manage during the wettest, most miserable winter for a long time. We did have some nice days, though, which helped keep everyone more positive. Here are the last of the yellow autumn leaves.
I hope you like what I bring here from the Shetland Islands. It will not only be landscapes but other images I hope you will find enjoyable. Thank you!
